metro station clean room helpful staff
The location was perfect for transportation. The metro station is very close. the hotel room was modern and very clean. i appreciated the helpful staff and the quick check-in process.

clean room perfect location pleasant staff small room inconvenient breakfast street noise
i found my room very clean and modern. the location was perfect, close to everything i wanted to see (i especially enjoyed the nearby shops!). the staff was always pleasant and helpful.
The room felt a bit small, and there wasn't much space to hang my clothes. This felt inconvenient. the noise from the street at night made it hard to sleep sometimes.

I appreciated the stylish lobby with its complimentary coffee. The shower was wonderful in my Superior Queen Room. Blackout shutters ensured I slept soundly.

i found the location very convenient. it was close to a metro station. the room decor was contemporary. general housekeeping kept the room cleaned well and tidy.
The breakfast options were a bit limited. There was a set menu each day. It lacked variety.

Breakfast is available at a nearby sister hotel. the rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view and high end food. It is an extraordinary experience with michelin star quality, though the walk to reach the hotel is short.

The room had great amenities. I found a full sized hairdryer, a safe, toiletries, and ample clothes storage with many hangers. the bed was comfortable, and the bed linen was really nice. there was free coffee in the lobby. the wifi worked without any issues.

black hairs dirty water glasses
the location was pretty good! it's quite near the metro station.
the room was not properly cleaned. the bed was covered with black hairs, and the water glasses were dirty. it was a significant disappointment for me.

room cleanliness ideal location
i was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. the location was also ideal for accessing nearby attractions. staff were helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
i found that soundproofing could be improved as noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally noticeable. this did disrupt my rest somewhat.
